Over 25 years, I've built and transformed businesses, from venture-backed startups to multi-billion dollar global enterprises. From leading a $400M P&L and digital transformation at L'Oréal, building a $4B+ commerce platform at Google, and serving as CEO of Trove where I raised $100M of venture capital and pivoted the business model. I've built businesses across consumer products, technology platforms, marketplaces, digital commerce, and circular economy.

I grew up a consumer marketer and then made my first foray into General Management at L’Oréal where I spent almost 5 years as Managing Director of L’Oréal UK & Ireland. I moved to Google in 2014, and ran Google Play’s payments infrastructure across 35 markets, leading a cross functional team of product, engineering, marketing, sales and compliance. My entrepreneurial itch led me to Trove, a resale startup for brands, which has a mission to reduce carbon emissions created by the apparel industry. As CEO, I moved the company to a B2B software model, doubling revenue, and putting the company on a path to profitability.

My career has been defined by transformation: transforming how global brands engage consumers digitally, transforming business models from unprofitable to sustainable, transforming operational disorder into systems that deliver results.

I've also worked to transform what leadership looks like. At Google, I led Women@ Google initiatives while managing a billion-dollar business and raising two daughters. The experience taught me that sustainable leadership requires bringing your full self to your work, integrating the different parts of your life rather than compartmentalizing them, and building systems that enable sustained excellence, not just occasional heroics.

I'm committed to supporting women and underrepresented CEOs and founders as they navigate business building and capital raising, guided not just by my own experience as a woman CEO and leader, but by years of creating pathways for women in business and understanding what it takes to lead effectively while managing all of life's demands.

My global perspective has been shaped by multi-national experiences: I’ve lived in 5 countries, and led international businesses in 35. I'm Luxembourgish, British, and American, and I live in the Bay Area, California with my husband, two daughters and labradoodle, Ivy.
