Board Director

I serve on the boards of e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF) and Jamieson Wellness (TSX: JWEL). My operating background spans L'Oréal, Google, and CEO of Trove, a VC-backed startup, giving me range across large multinationals and high-growth earlier stage businesses.

At the board level, my focus is brand and commercial strategy, and digital transformation, and the AI-driven shifts that are rewriting the rules for consumer brands.

    During my tenure, I have provided strategic guidance through a period of significant growth, advising on M&A transactions including the acquisitions of Naturium Skin and rhode Beauty, international market expansion, and operational scaling initiatives.

  • Oct 2025-current
    Jamieson Wellness in the leading Vitamins and Supplements company in Canada. I serve on the Governance, Compensation, and Nominating Committee.

  • Jan 2021- Dec 2024

    President & CEO, raised $100M capital and led the company and board through a business model transformation. Planned, hired and executed a CEO transition.

  • Dec 2019 - Dec 2022

    Served on technology advisory board focused on digital transformation of one of the largest regional banks in the US.

  • July 2018 - June 2021

    Served as Secretary for local education foundation raising $2.3M annually to fund arts, PE and library programs across nine schools in the Los Altos School District.
